| This introduction will give a brief
overview of some of the History of Medicine for Gwinnett
and North Fulton, which may be of interest in seeing what
has changed in the last three decades in medicine for
those areas. Since I have been in practice since
1976 and am the first physician to specialize in either
Ear, Nose and Throat disorders or Facial Plastic Surgery
in these areas, you may find some of the
history that has developed in medicine as well as the

patients over the years. I have always considered

patients become my friends for the rest of our
