Our Staff


Tammy Meyer -- Practice Administrator
	Tammy joined our practice in June of 2006. She has over 15 years of medical management experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes management of front and back office personnel in allergy and asthma, vascular surgery and otolaryngology. Tammy is responsible for the daily operations of the practice and management of our staff in both the Snellville and Duluth locations. Tammy is a member of the Georgia Medical Group Managers Association along with the American Otolaryngology Administrators Association. Tammy enjoys reading and supporting children's activities of hockey, football, baseball, and softball.

Mittie Anglin -- Certified Medical Assistant
	Mittie joined Dr. Gadlage 22 years ago as his medical assistant and quickly became his right arm. She has a total of 29 years of healthcare experience. Her background included prior medical assisting, lab, emergency and home health care nursing. Mittie's responsibilities include assisting Dr. Gadlage with in-office procedures, pre and post-op care, patient flow, patient call triaging and various other responsibilities as needed. Mittie is an active member of her church and enjoys antiquing, camping, reading, gardening and adopting stray animals.

Allison Sedlacek -- Surgery Scheduler
	Allison joined our practice as surgery scheduler in April of 2007. Allison came to us with a 6 year background in clinical support. Her responsibilities include contacting the insurance carriers to verify surgery benefits and eligibility, initiating surgery predeterminations as required by insurance, coordinating and scheduling surgery with the patient and the surgery center.

Brandy Bennett -- Medical Assistant
	Brandy joined our staff in 2005 filling in as a medical assistant. She has worked in the operating room for 11 years and has assisted Dr. Gadlage as a surgical assistant for the past 8 years. In our office she assists Dr. Gadlage during in office procedures, preoperative and post-operative issues, and helping with patient flow. She recently trained to do microdermabrasions and skin care and will soon be very involved in making the world a more beautiful place. Her interests are spending time with her husband and children, reading, and following high school sports. Go Flowery Branch Falcons!!!

Monique McCollum -- Medical Assistant
	Monique joined our staff March 2006 as a recent graduate from Georgia Medical Institute. Monique came aboard as a Medical Assistant to our Physician's Assistant. Monique's responsibilities include pre-operative and post-operative care, ordering tests, patient call triaging and various other tasks as needed. Her interests and hobbies include shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is also working towards further her career in the medical field.

Jessica Dunn -- Patient Representative
	Jessica joined our practice in August, 2005 as a recent graduate from high school. Although she came to us with no prior experience, she is interested in pursuing a career in the medical field. Her responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, check-in, check-out, posting charges and payments and various other tasks as needed. Her interest and hobbies are softball and she is a huge fan of football. Go Falcons!!

Amber Glover -- Patient Representative
	Amber joined our practice in August 2006 as a recent college graduate. She holds a business administration degree as well as a state certification in medical billing and coding. Her responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, check-in and check-out, posting charges, ordering tests and assisting providers as needed. In the near future, Amber intends on furthering her education in the medical field or secondary education. Her hobbies include: shopping, family outings, and reading. Amber is a great asset to our practice.

Brittany McAlister -- Patient Representative
	Brittany became a part of the team in July of 2007. A recent graduate from UGA she received a Bachelor in Business Administration. She brings with her experience and knowledge from previous hospital employment. Brittany's responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, patient check-in, payments and various other tasks as needed. Outside of work Brittany enjoys team trivia, reading, and traveling. Brittany's future includes plans to further her education by attending law school.

Linda McAlister -- Billing Clerk
	Linda joined the staff in July, 2005. Linda brings 25 years of experience and expertise in the insurance billing and business office arena. Her experience as claims adjuster for a major insurance payor coupled with her extensive knowledge has allowed her to achieve the desired results in our business office. Her responsibilities include billing claims, posting insurance payments, collecting past due balances, sending patient statements and assisting in other areas as needed. Her hobbies include crocheting, crafts, and deer hunting.

Gladys James -- Insurance Clerk
		Gladys James joined our business office in the medical collections / appeals department in February, 2006. Prior to joining the practice, Gladys was affiliated with the practice through a central business office and assisted with pre-registration and insurance verification. She brings 20 years of experience of hospital, physician and durable medical equipment (DME) vendor billing and collections. She has a vast knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Workman’s Compensation, and third party payers. Her current responsibilities include surgery posting, insurance billing, insurance follow-up and collections, appeals and assisting patients with billing questions. She is bi-lingual fluent in Spanish. Her hobbies are gardening, crafts, fishing, cooking and she adores an
