Tammy Meyer — Practice Administrator

Tammy joined our practice in June of 2006. She has over 15 years of medical management experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes management of front and back office personnel in allergy and asthma, vascular surgery and otolaryngology. Tammy is responsible for the daily operations of the practice and management of our staff in both the Snellville and Duluth locations. Tammy is a member of the Georgia Medical Group Managers Association along with the American Otolaryngology Administrators Association. Tammy enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family. She has two children actively involved in hockey and softball.

Brandy Bennett — Medical Assistant

Brandy joined our staff in 2005 filling in as a medical assistant. She has worked in the operating room for 11 years and has assisted Dr. Gadlage as a surgical assistant for the past 8 years. In our office she assists Dr. Gadlage during in office procedures, pre-operative and post-operative issues, and helping with patient flow. In addition to this, billing and collections have become a part of her day to day duties. She is also trained in Microdermabrasion and skin care and will soon be very involved in making the world a more beautiful place. Her personal interests are spending time with her husband and children, reading, and following high school sports. Go Flowery Branch Falcons!!!

Monique McCollum — Medical Assistant

Monique joined our staff March 2006 as a recent graduate from Georgia Medical Institute. Monique came aboard as a Medical Assistant to our Physician’s Assistant. Monique’s responsibilities include pre-operative and post-operative care, ordering tests, patient call triaging and various other tasks as needed. Her interests and hobbies include shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is also working towards further her career in the medical field.

Linda McAlister — Billing Clerk

Linda joined the staff in July, 2005. Linda brings 25 years of experience and expertise in the insurance billing and business office arena. Her experience as claims adjuster for a major insurance payor coupled with her extensive knowledge has allowed her to achieve the desired results in our business office. Her responsibilities include billing claims, posting insurance payments, collecting past due balances, sending patient statements and assisting in other areas as needed. Her hobbies include crocheting, crafts, and deer hunting.

Courtney Mason — Surgery Coordinator

Courtney joined our practice in August of 2011. She has been working in otolaryngology since 2008; in addition to ENT, she has over 6 years of medical experience in the areas of family practice, urgent care, and optometry. Courtney came to our office with extensive experience in medical administration as well as medical assisting; she holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University. Courtney’s responsibilities include: obtaining surgical insurance benefits, pre-certifications as required by insurance, coordinating pre operative, surgery and post operative dates with patients, physicians and surgical facilities. She also works as the facilitator between other practices for coordinated cases and pre-operative testing clearances. Courtney moved to Gwinnett County in 1996, but has spent the last 8 years in the Cobb and Cherokee areas; she currently lives in Canton. Courtney enjoys reading, sewing, scrapbooking, cooking and has recently started running 5k races. Courtney’s favorite hobby is being “NeeNee” to her nephew and niece.

Angela Jones — Certified Physician Assistant

Angela joined our practice in November 2010. She brings nearly 22 years of experience to the practice. Her previous experience includes several years in rheumatology as well as Internal Medicine. She has spent the last 12 years in otolaryngology. Angela is skilled in evaluating and treating new as well as extablished patients. She is also responsible for the care of pre- and post-op patients. Angela is a native of Atlanta. She earned her degree in Biology from Furman University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in PA studies from the Medical College of Georgia. Angela is married and has 2 children. Her interests include cooking and baking as well staying busy with her children’s sports activities.

Kemila McCall — Certified Medical Assistant

Kemila joined our staff in 2008. She graduated from the Ultrasound Diagnostic School of Health Careers with her CMA in 1996. Kemila has been in the medical field for over 15 years with her primary focus being back office. Her experience includes assisting the physicians/surgeons in the specialty’s of endocrinology and otolaryngology. Her primary interests are her family, reading, writing, singing, cooking, nutrition and working out.

Laurie Maggio — Patient Representative

Laurie joined our staff in April of 2011. Laurie has many years experience in the medical setting and also in customer service. Her responsibilities include patient call triage, scheduling appointments, ordering tests and other tasks as needed. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and her family!

Nicole Collins — Patient Representative/Medical Assistant

Nicole joined our staff in 2012 as a Patient Representative. She graduated from LanierTechnicalCollege in 2006 as a Medical Assistant. Her experience includes assisting physicians in the specialties of Geriatrics, Internal Medicine and Otolaryngology. Her personal interests are spending time with her family, working out, photography, car shows, singing, dancing and making people laugh.
